Q: Will you be calling me with updates on the progress of my order?
A: After we order the windows, there is a “SILENT PERIOD” in which the customer will not hear from Brothers for several weeks, for the simple reason that there is nothing to report while your windows are being made. You will receive a call to set up a convenient day to install your windows when your windows arrive.

Q: How long will the installation take?
A: An average house takes 1 to 2 days, depending on the size. Your contract will have a more specific timeline for your job. At no time will a window be left unfinished overnight, creating a security risk or exposing you to the elements.
Q: How do I know what my final balance is?
A: The installers will have all your payment information on the day of installation, and will be able to tell you what your final balance is.
Q: What happens to my old windows? How do I dispose of them?
A: We take care of that so you don’t have to.
Q: Why don’t you hire seasonal help during the busy months?
A: Brothers Home Improvement is a family owned and operated company. We do not subcontract. Our employees each receive extensive training, and do excellent work. In return, we ensure them permanent full time work, throughout the entire year. We have also discovered that hiring temporary help results in poor quality work, therefore we look for long term employees to do our installations.
